These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Consciousnx, including this website, the Consciousnx desktop application, and the related cloud account service (together, the "Service"), provided by TealSquare Technologies Private Limited ("TealSquare", "we", "us", or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By creating an account, installing the application, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Consciousnx is a privacy-first AI platform. The desktop application runs AI processing locally on your device. A cloud account is used to register, verify your email, sign in, and manage your subscription. Enterprise customers may deploy Consciousnx on their own infrastructure under a separate written agreement.
Certain optional features connect to third-party services to function; for example, the web-search feature sends your search query to a third-party search provider. The application may also download an inference engine and AI models so that processing can run on your device.
Some capabilities are described on our website as planned or "coming soon" - for example, certain compliance alignments (such as SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA), role-based access control, single sign-on, and audit logging. These features are under development, are not currently available, and may change or may not be released. You should not rely on, or make purchasing decisions based on, features that have not yet been released.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any access keys, including those stored locally by the application on your device or browser, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Consciousnx offers a free tier, an individual paid plan (advertised at USD 8 per month), and custom enterprise plans. Paid plans and enterprise deployments are arranged directly with us; we do not currently process card payments through this website. Prices, plans, and features may change, and we will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Applicable taxes may apply. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in a separate agreement, fees already paid are non-refundable. You may stop using a paid plan at any time; access continues until the end of the period already arranged.

You retain all rights to the prompts, documents, and outputs you create or process with the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it to train AI models. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate the features you actually use. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.
The Service, including the Consciousnx software, website, branding, and trademarks, is owned by TealSquare or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
The Service may interoperate with or rely on third-party services, including search providers and inference engines. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not endorse them.
The desktop application may check for and install updates automatically to deliver improvements, fixes, and security patches. By using the application you consent to these updates. Updates may add, change, or remove features.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes; you are responsible for reviewing them and must not rely on them as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TealSquare and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, where you use the Service free of charge, a nominal sum.
You agree to indemnify and hold TealSquare harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination - including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law - will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
